Agile Learning and Life Skills for the Classroom

Are you a Lagos Corper or a young leader with a heart for impact? We are looking for proactive, high-energy individuals to join our mission of revolutionizing the Nigerian classroom.

As an Edugility Ambassador, you will be the face of change on the ground. In official partnership with the Lagos State Education District IV, you will enter secondary schools to facilitate hands-on training, mentor students in Agile methodologies, and build the next generation of African leaders.

The Role at a Glance

  • Commitment: Just 8 hours a week.

  • Format: Hybrid (Remote training + On-site school outreaches in Lagos).

  • Impact: Direct leadership of students at schools like Obele Senior High and Lagos City College.

  • Benefit: A weekly stipend is provided to support your logistics and commitment.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Lagos Corpers (NYSC): Currently serving in Lagos and looking for a meaningful community development project.

  • Young Professionals: 0–1 years of leadership experience with a passion for education and digital literacy.

  • Skillset: Proactive, independent thinkers who can facilitate group sessions and guide students through project-based learning.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS LEARN

Students and educators learn how to:

  • Apply an Agile mindset: adaptability, iteration, feedback, and continuous improvement in learning
  • Practice personal agility: goal-setting, reflection, resilience, and self-leadership​
  • Improve collaboration and communication through group projects and peer learning
  • Turn theory into practical action with games, real-life scenarios, and classroom experiments

  • More engaged, confident students who take ownership of their learning
  • Teachers using agile tools (sprints, retrospectives, boards) to manage classes and improve results​
